Improved queueing system at the branch of the Health Insurance Fund of Govern
The branch of the Health Insurance Fund of the Government Office of the Capital City Budapest has been opened for more than 10 years in Teve utca.
The branch has two separate client service areas and a total of 28 counters and the life cycle of its original queue management system already expired. The large volume of customers and the wide scope of statistical and management-related demands of the management made it absolutely necessary to modernise customer management procedures. For this project, the Government Office has selected MULTIMEX’s Q-FUSION integrated CFM system (with Q-FUSION queueing and Q-MONITOR DMS modules, MXTP-01 touchscreen ticket kiosk, main LCD and MXCD-03 counter displays).
