MULTIMEX was the first company that started distributing queueing systems in Hungary and we are proud that we could introduce this customer management technology to the country. As the exclusive distributor of Qmatic, we have installed almost 300 systems in the financial, healthcare, trade and public administration sectors since the 90`s.

Beginning in 2002, we expanded our product range with the development of custom software solutions and so -in addition to queueing management systems- we also started to market multimedia, appointment scheduling and customer feedback modules, as well as customised software and integration solutions.

Since 2011, our company has been present with a completely renewed product portfolio on the domestic and the Central European market. By integrating our systems into an all-in-one interface, we developed the centralised Q-FUSION integrated CFM system that -thanks to its modular structure- can service the entire CFM spectrum (queueing, multimedia (DMS), appointment scheduling and customer feedback system) from a single interface.

With the expansion of our range of suppliers, now we offer excellent and reliable hardware equipment to our software, at affordable prices.

To date, we have installed more than 1000 systems and have 500 satisfied clients throughout Hungary and Central Europe.

 
 

 1991


The company is established under the name Grapho-Print Ltd.

1992


The first Qmatic queueing system is installed in Hungary as the exclusive Qmatic partner and distributor in Hungary.

2000


The first 300 Qmatic systems are installed in the financial, telecommunication and public sector up to 2000.

 

2002


The software development team is set up, custom software development is launched.

2006


Introduction of custom software and integration solutions connected to already operating client queueing systems.

2011


The complete overhaul of the company under the name of MULTIMEX Ltd., our own range of products is introduced and export activities are launched.

 

2012


The first Q-FUSION systems are installed in Hungary.

2013


The first international Q-FUSION successes in Central Europe.

2015


The successful introduction of the integrated Q-FUSION CFM system (with queueing and multimedia (DMS) modules) in the Hungarian "Government Window" network with 256 sites.

 

2017


Customer feedback systems installation at Hungarian industrial companies (more than 40 company).

2019


Mobile optimized appointment and on-line ticket booking system (Q-TIMER) developing and installing at several clients in Hungary.
