Upon the request of the Prime Minister's Office, the Office of Public Administration and Justice announced a public procurement procedure within the framework of the EKOP-2.1.23 tender for the supply of queueing systems to the more than 250 "Government Windows" opening throughout Hungary.

The consortium that won the tender included MULTIMEX Kft. The challenge of the project was that 226 new systems had to be installed and 30 existing systems needed to be reprogrammed in barely 10 weeks by ensuring that these comply with the requirements specified by the contracting authority. During the project, our newest product, the MXTP-02 touchscreen ticket kiosk, featuring an elegant design and outstanding technological capabilities (22” FULL HD display, extra slim design (6 cm)), was supplied in with enchanced accessibility for the disable. 32” LCD displays are used as the main displays. The Q-FUSION integrated CFM system installed on the central server of the Central Office for Administrative and Electronic Public Services controls the system using the Q-FUSION queueing (statistical, management, configuration, administration and DashBoard modules) and the Q-MONITOR DMS modules. The system has been integrated with the nationally available central appointment scheduling system. MULTIMEX Kft. implemented the project on time, without any errors, in compliance with relevant professional requirements and to the full satisfaction of the contracting authority.
