The Kanizsai Dorottya Hospital received public funding to replace its obsolete patient management system in the central laboratory. The crowd of patients forming long queues at the laboratory every morning posed a major challenge for the hospital.

For this reason, the purchase of a modern and reliable solution was absolutely necessary. The main contractor of the project contracted MULTIMEX Kft. to install the Q-FUSION light queueing system. The delivered system included the MXTP-01 touchscreen ticket kiosk, the MXMD-312 main and MXCD-03 counter displays, and also the hardware-based MXCALL-01 queueing terminal in blood collection rooms without computers.
