In the spirit of accessibility for all, the National Office for Rehabilitation and Social Affairs has used EU grants to renovate its county branches.

Obligatory aptitude tests can now be conducted at the renovated branches in an improved environment. An important element of the project was meeting the conditions of accesibility through the supply of the Q-FUSION queueing and information systems with enhanced accessibility for the disabled. To provide services that are accessible by the disabled, the system was installed with Q-VOICE audio announcement module and the appropriate Braille inscriptions in several county centres.
