Semmelweis University, one of our top clients, got a standardised customer and patient management system introduced in its institutions.

Owing to our years' successful co-operation, the university has been using MULTIMEX's Q-FUSION customer and patient management system in its medical, educational and other institutions. The last ten years have proved that the system is reliable and it solves problems with technical innovations in the clinics (MedSolution integrated solutions), as well as in the educational and other official customer and patient service departments to handle the crowds of clients going in, on a daily basis. Recently the users of the system have been expanded to several new places (e.g.: Nemzetközi Hallgatók Képzési Központja/ International Students' Educational Centre, Szülészeti és Nőgyógyászati Klinika/ Maternity and Gynaecology Clinic, Assisted Reproduction Centre/ Asszisztált Reprodukciós Centrum, Pulmonology/Pneumology Clinic, Pulmonológiai Klinika).
