In 2015, by using EU funds, quite a few hospitals and outpatient clinics were renewed, where one of the basic criteria was to establish a centralised patient management system. Our company's Q-FUSION Integrated patient calling and management and information system provides a solution to this requirement. The system ensures civilised patient management for all institutions with its features like anonymous patient calling and up-to-date information provision for the patients, and it is tightly integrated into the local institutions' existing medical systems that may vary countrywide. Within the project similar systems were introduced in Szolnok, Szeged, Jászberény, Nagyatád and Körmend.
