The customer service office of FŐKÉTÜSZ got relocated into a new venue

At the beginning of 2017, the customer service office of Fővárosi Kéményseprőipari Vállalat (Budapest Capital Chimney Sweep and Inspection Company) moved to a new location.

MULTIMEX Ltd was the winner of the public procurement tender to establish the customer management duties of the rebranded office. Customer management and information provision are supported by the Q-FUSION integrated CFM system in the new place. The optimal customer management and customer information functions are achieved by applying a touchscreen ticket issuing machine (MXTP-01), a multimedia display (MXLCD-42) and counter displays (MXCD-03) installed at the counters. The different modules (management, statistics administration, configuration and multimedia) of Q-FUSION software are all useful tools for the users.
