To the problem of handling a significant number of patients coming in, exceeding the daily 1000, the patient calling and management systems provided by MULTIMEX Ltd represent an excellent solution. As part of a long-running cooperation, the Q-FUSION patient calling and management systems have recently been implemented in two busy laboratories in Zirc and Székesfehérvár. The touchscreen ticket issuing machines installed at the entrance and connected to the central and surgery displays, as well as the Q-Fusion application running in the background all contributed to creating the criteria of civilised patient management, and in parallel, statistical data and online data can be retrieved from the system for the management for organising the daily work.

Our Q-TIMER 3.0 appointment scheduler and online queue ticket requesting application successfully proved another implementation. In September 2020 FKF Plc started the rescheduled annual free disposal city-wide clean-up in the districts of Budapest, which had to be put off owing to the COVID pandemic in a different form, as a collection point-based clean-up.
