New, up-to-date customer service counter in Auchan Store in Budaörs
Auchan store in Budaörs was the first place in Hungary to establish a customer service that meets all requirements. The customer service launched at the beginning of the year has five counters to authorise the customers’ needs for warranty, for getting detailed invoices with VAT, besides sales and other services.
Accessibility was a priority when the customer service was designed, and it is achieved by an obstacle-free counter and, of course, by the accessible customer calling system. Customer management is ensured by the modern Q-FUSION Integrated CFM system provided by MULTIMEX Ltd, which consists of an MXTP-22 accessible touchscreen ticket issuing machine, large LCD displays and Q-FUSION software. The data that can be retrieved from the Q-FUSION software help the staff of the store to organise their job, the Q-MONITOR DMS module lets the different surfaces ( LCD displays, touchscreen ticket issuing machine) be used for marketing purposes.
