The first satisfied customer in the customer service office of DMRV
To fulfil the legal obligations regarding customer satisfaction, this regional utility service provider got Q-FEEDBACK introduced.
DMRV was in a relatively simple position having been a partner of MULTMEX Ltd for years and applying the Q-FUSION integrated CFM system and its customer calling, multimedia and appointment making modules. By acquiring the minimal hardware necessary (MXTAB-10 satisfaction evaluating terminal) and a module extension (Q-FEEDBACK satisfaction evaluating module) they were able to implement the project. The Q-FEEDBACK module enables the user to compile a series of questions, to make a questionnaire, by specifying a particular clerk or, on the contrary, independently from the person, in a timed version as well, and then, the data retrieved are collected in a central surface to be analysed in different forms. The data retrieved can be automatically sent to the email addresses of the user or to the supervising authority for analyses.
