In the summer quite significant development was carried out to improve the public utility company's customer service.

The modules of Q-FUSION Integrated CFM system provide customer management (Q-FUSION), multimedia content visualisation (Q-MONITOR) and customer satisfaction evaluation (Q-FEEDBACK) functions at the customer service. Our latest MXTP-10 touchscreen ticket issuing machine and the MXTAB-10 satisfaction evaluating device ensure tools for running these applications.
