New customer calling system in the Consulate General of Hungary in Ungvár (Uzhgorod, Ukraine, Transcarpathia)
Based on our presentations of the last couple of years, the General Consulate decided to replace its obsolete customer calling system for the Q-FUSION integrated CFM system.
At the beginning of the year our colleagues installed on 13 counters the complex solution we provided. Customer management is helped by a MXTP-22 touchscreen ticket issuing machine located at the entrance. In the front building there are seven, in the back building there are an additional six workstations to serve the customers. There are large LCD displays placed in the waiting rooms functioning as central displays besides being information surfaces. At the counters MXCD-03 counter displays help in customer management. The Q-FUSION software enables the leaders of the consulate to get both on-line and off-line information about customer traffic trends, and the administration and configuration surfaces help to self-edit, modify the surfaces and settings of the system.
