Modern customer management in the Students' Customer service offices at ELTE Quaestura

Before the autumn term starts, the Students' Customer service office of ELTE Quaestura has moved to a new place.

The office to be established in Egyetem Tér within the new students' centre, the off-campus customer service in Lágymányos and the one in the campus in Szombathely decided to introduce a customer management and information provision system that meets all requirements. The Q-FUSION integrated CFM system provided by MULTIMEX Ltd was chosen. Within the project, all the three customer service offices got modern touchscreen ticket issuing machines (MXTP-22 and MXTP-10 touchscreen ticket issuing machines) and large LCD displays ( MXLCD-32 and MXLCD-40 LCD displays) installed. The Q-FUSION application installed on the central server helps the management monitor the operation of the offices from one place (statistical and management information), can configure the operation of the systems, can edit the content of information materials. Part of the tasks was to integrate the system into the university’s appointment scheduler system, so the appointment making customers got integrated into the customer calling system.
