Q-FUSION integrated patient calling and management system introduced in another two high-profile healthcare institutions
At the end of 2019 in another two large institutions, in the Országos Klinikai és Idegtudományi Intézet (National Institute of Clinical Neurosciences) and in the Észak-közép-budai Centrum Új Szent János Kórház Szakrendelő (North and Central Buda Central, New Saint John Hospital's Surgery clinic) got the modern solution provided by MULTIMEX Ltd introduced.
Owing to the development, the patients arriving at the institutes by using a touchscreen ticket issuing machine (MXTP-22) can request a reference number to the patient registration counters. That is where patients are identified and registered into the medical system. Large LCD displays are deployed to inform and guide the patients in the whole area of the institutions. In both institutions, the patient management systems got integrated into their local medical systems (Hospitaly – MÁTRIX respectively. Asseco – MedWorks), which enables the users to directly initiate most functions from the medical system's surfaces. Integrated operation is ensured by modern touchscreen devices, so that in the future if needed, even automatic patient identification can be achieved by placing a virtual keyboard on the touchscreen, or by applying a built-in identifying technology ( e.g.: barcode-reader).
