Modern patient management in the private healthcare sector
The private healthcare sector has rapidly improved for the last couple of years. There is hardly any month passing without a new hospital or clinic open. A highest quality service is an even more expected requirement.
The convenience of patients and outpatients, their management and information provision are priorities for the management operating the institutions. The integrated patient calling and management and information dissemination system installed by MULTIMEX Ltd offers an outstanding solution to this requirement. At the end of the year two famous private hospitals, the Maternity Obstetrics and Gynaecology Private Clinic in Budapest and FINNAMED Private Clinic in Nyíregyháza got our solutions introduced. In the clinic in Budapest the patients are called based on the last four digits of their national health identity registration number ( TAJ) by retrieving data from the Hospitality/MÁTRIX medical systems and they are shown on the large LCD displays (MXLCD-28 LCD display) located in the waiting area, while the smaller smart displays (MXLCD-10 surgery display) installed outside the surgeries can display additional information besides the queue calling number, e.g. the name of the doctor on duty and other information materials.
