Q-FUSION integrated patient calling and information provision system in the Hévízi Spa and in the Szent András (Saint Andrew) Rheuma Hospital
The new patient registering centre started to operate in the hospital in 2017. The patient management system provided by MULTIMEX Ltd proved to be an outstanding solution to dealing with the hundreds of customers coming in, on a daily basis. Taking the crowds and busy opening hours into account, two multilingual touchscreen ticket issuing machines were installed at the entrance to greet the patients to be treated upon arrival and to help them to select the right queue from the various services. Patients are served at 8 counters and patient management and information provision are supported by our MXCD-03 information counter and MXLCD-40 LCD displays. The requirement of getting Q-FUSION integrated into the medicals systems (ASSECO (GLOBENET) – MedWorks system) was specified by the hospital.
