Owing to last years' business success, Fundamenta Lakáskassza Plc (Fundamenta Building Society Br/ Savings and Loan Association US) got its customer service offices renewed.

As a result of an increase in the number of customers in 2016, the biggest building society in Hungary providing loans for flat purchase got its central customer service office renewed and expanded.

The new 12-counter customer service office with an expanded customer area provides pleasant waiting circumstances for the clients. Customer management is supported by Q-FUSION, customer calling and information provision are provided by the aid of the Q-MONITOR multimedia system. The Q-TIMER appointment scheduler system as a convenience service enables the customers of the building society to arrange a meeting in advance.
