Owing to integration in the energy sector, DÉMÁSZ appeared in additional offices
As a member of the National Public Utility (Nemzeti Közműszolgáltató) service providers, DÉMÁSZ has already established 31 customer service offices to serve its clients countrywide.
In parallel with the expansion of customer service offices, an upgrade of the existing Q-FUSION integrated CFM system became inevitable. In accordance with this, we installed our systems into 25 offices within only a fortnight. MXTP-22 touchscreen ticket issuing machines and MXLCD-40 LCD displays were installed in the new offices. The centralised Q-FUSION system is responsible for managing the customer calling and multimedia systems besides keeping contact with the SAP system.
