Mobile “Kormányablak” (KAB, Government Customer Service), Q-FUSION now on KAB buses
In accordance with the government’s decision, more than 20 mobile KAB buses travel around in all the counties from villages to towns. Citizens can arrange their Government Customer Service issues in their own residences.
Thanks to the tailor-made development by MULTIMEX, the Q-FUSION customer management system was introduced in the mobile KAB without a hardware. This solution helps the mobile KABs to be connected to the central Q-FUSION system, so that the management can monitor the work either online or off-line (statistical) form, and by the analyses of the data received, the future route and capacity can both be planned.
