Developing public administration with top MULTIMEX solutions
The public administration institutions in quite a few counties got renewed, in accordance with the government's guidelines, where the Government Offices put more emphasis on improving the level of customer service. As part of the process, almost 30 “Government Windows” (Kormányablak), Government Customer Service offices were opened countrywide.
Integrated service centres help customers in a lot of places, where the various, different professional public administrative authorities (Government “Window” meaning Government Customer Service, Statutory Sickness Funds, Employment Office etc.) can be found in the same place. In February 2018, the new building of Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok county's Rural District Government Office was opened (http://www.kormanyhivatal.hu/hu/jasz-nagykun-szolnok/hirek/unnepelyesen-is-atadtak-a-szolnoki-jarasi-hivatal-uj-epuletet), and within the building in quite a few departments the customer calling solution provided by MULTIMEX Ltd was installed.
In the “Kormányablak” (Government Customer Office) and in the Statutory Sickness Funds Q-FUSION integrated CFM system, and in the Employment Office, a solution integrated into ÜtemIR professional system was introduced.
