Media-Saturn-Holding GMBH is a market leader retailer electronic chain operating 22 stores in Hungary. Introducing innovative technologies has always been a top priority for the company.
MULTIMEX Ltd was commissioned by Media Markt to provide solutions to customer management and information provision at the information points in their stores. The first system was installed in the store located in WestEnd department store, which is one of the busiest shopping centres in Budapest, by applying our Q-FUSION integrated CFM system with 4 ticket issuing machines (MXTP-01 and 02 types) and numerous LCD displays to meet the requirements agreed on. Besides solving customer management and information provision, the Q-FUSION provides invaluable statistical data for the management for further development.
