A new customer service office was opened at the Dunakeszi Local Authorities on the first day of the year
As part of the development project started in 2016, the local authorities' customer service office got renewed.
Locals are served at seven counters installed in the office. In the modern environment equipped with comfortable furniture, a playing corner for the kids, an information counter, all help the clients to arrange their official issues as quickly as possible and in the most pleasant surroundings. Customer management and information provision are ensured by our Q-FUSION integrated CFM system. Q-TIMER, our appointment scheduler module, to be introduced in the near future will help the locals to arrange a meeting in advance.
